1. Can we record the class?
   Yes as long as all participants agree.

2. Do we receive the recipe?
   Absolutely! To use again and again after the class in a digital format.

3. Is the class interactive, can we ask questions?
   Yes and of course we love questions.

4. Can we request a particular dish or style of cooking that we want to learn?
   Yes, that’s a great way to learn. Contact me to discuss your ideas.

How it works

This class is delivered via Zoom, a high performance video chat platform.

1. Equipment read recipe to check what is required.

2. Printed recipe all ready to go well before the class starts

3. Ingredients on bench top and handy.

4. Computer or IPAD set up in a visible spot.

5. Reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 1Mpbs for both upload and download and a charged up and/or plugged in device to stream the workshop.

6. 5-10 min before start time Click on the link to the ZOOM meeting link that you have been emailed and we will say hi and make sure you have everything organised before starting the session.

7. Note the session starts and finishes promptly.
