Spring in September Holiday Program

Some favourite cooking items are Tortellini, Pinwheel Biscuits & Beef Burgers! The menu is always exciting. Your child will have the opportunity to learn invaluable skills. They enjoy the fruits of their work with their friends or siblings, then take home the rest of the spoils to their loved ones. This program is for kids aged 5-13 years old. 

We do not cater for Anaphylactic children in our After School or Holiday Programs.

219 Esplanade E, Port Melbourne (Mon & Tue class)

Cost
$70 for two cooking sessions.

30 minute break in between, kids are fully supervised. A minimum of 10 kids to run class. Sessions start and finish promptly

Time

Mon - Fri : 9.00 - 1.30pm

Extended time available till 3.00pm at $100.00. Planned activities where they are fully supervised, Wednesdays only!

25 Sept   Sausage Rolls - Mushroom & Water chestnut & Chocolate Mousse with Passionfruit,  Orange and Mint Salad.       

26 Sept    Chocolate Pretzels with Demerara Sugar & Tortellini - Filled Beef & Ricotta.         

27 Sept    Nutella Doughnuts & Rosemary Beef Meat Pies (nuts). 

28 Sep     Pinwheel Biscuits & Chicken Roulade with Mushroom and Bacon Farce (nuts) .

2nd Oct    Crème Patisserie with Berries & Palmiers - Parmesan & Olives.

3rd Oct     Lumberjack Cake & Peanut Satay (nuts)

4th Oct     Vanilla Bean Sponge with Passionfruit Icing & Potato, Leek and Goat Cheese Terrine (nuts).

5th Oct     Brioche Star Nutella Bread & Beef Burgers with Kasundi Relish (nuts)

6th Oct    Pavlova Discs - pomegranate molasses, berries & whipped cream & Spanakopita with Greek Salad.
